- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused condition with all hanging tags, protective sleeves, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an umbrella with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Umbrellas that show signs of field use, missing packaging, or damage caused by misuse cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
